Random Acts of Knitting
This year, in an effort to spread the word about Lovescarf Project, and recruit more knitters, I committed myself to approaching anyone I saw knitting, with an invitation to knit for LSP.
I only ran into about 5 knitters all year, and approached them each with my speech and my card. 1 of the 5 came through for me, knitting these scarves!
Thanks so much Toni!

Scarves on the Web.
Lovescarfers are knitting away;
Ms. Rose in Chicago.
Ms. Brenchley has been taking a break from scarfing to socking...but she has taught many NEW lovescarfers to knit and recruited a few NYC knitting groups to donate to LSP---we are so grateful to her!
Ms. Glass learned a thing or two from Ms. Brenchley, including button-holes and flowers. Thanks! Now she just needs to pick out a few rows of her recent ribbed creation....she needs to learn that she can't watch tv and knit at the same time.
Ms. Gedde sent three scarves from WI to the NYC LSP yesterday. Thanks Ms. Gedde.
