What a great project. I'm not a knitter or crocheter, but I sent a link to the project to a friend who is - and she knows a lot of folks online who are handy with a needle and yarn...
What an awesome project! For those who aren't very good with knitting needles or crochet hooks, check out the looms at http://knittinglooms.com/ My dear friend manufactures these, and I absolutely love them! They are so easy to use. You can make an adult hat in about 2 hours. I don't get paid to advertise or anything, but I'm so excited about your project that I had to share the link for those who want to help but don't knit or crochet.
Just wanted to say "Thanks" for stopping by my brother's room today and gifting him with a scarf. Such kindness should be rewarded, if only with a kind word. Keep up the great work!
